Melissa Kelly-mccabe

Melissa S. Kelly-McCabe, President and CEO of Clear Intent Strategy, Inc., is a strategist, business advisor, and dynamic public speaker.  Having worked in industry and with corporate executives for over twenty years, she assists leaders and boards create clarity of strategy, cause positive and lasting change, and realize their visions.  Melissa's reach spans hundreds of service and manufacturing companies, non-profit firms, and industrial economic development corporations in 50 states, Canada, and the Caribbean.   Prior to forming Clear Intent Strategy, Melissa held positions with WNY Technology Development Center, Inc., Price Waterhouse LLP, and General Motors Corporation, and was a guest lecturer at George Washington University and University at Buffalo.  Melissa was an assistant to Dr. W. Edwards Deming for five years, researching thinking processes and teaching groups about Deming management principles.  (Dr. Deming is credited with transforming Japanese management principles and causing the quality revolution.)

Melissa holds a Masters of Science in Organization Systems, focusing on Change Processes, from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelors degree in Statistics, minor in Industrial Engineering, from the University at Buffalo. Melissa completed an 18 month certificate in Gestalt therapy from Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, and is pursuing a one year certificate in Gestalt Working with Physical Process. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, International Association of Facilitators, OD Network, and the Gestalt Institute.

At home in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of New York State, she spends time sculpting, skiing, gardening, and looking for bears in the woods.

Jennifer A. Comeau

Jennifer A. Comeau is an expert at harnessing the rich capacities of people and systems.  She has over twenty years demonstrated success in attending to challenging organizational initiatives using creative leadership, collaboration, sound decision-making, and hard work.  In executive positions within organizations like General Motors, Carborundum, and Sherwood, Division of HARSCO, Jennifer has led successful business initiatives in Staff Training and Development, Quality, Sales, Operations, and Product Development.  Founder and CEO of iAmplitude, Jen is first and foremost a leader.  A seasoned motivational speaker, Jen speaks about awakening our innate human capacity to achieve greatness.  With proficiency in leadership development, coaching, instructional design, and knowledge systems, Jen has successfully led consulting engagements with clients such as Prudential Real Estate Headquarters, Transamerica Corp., Bank of The Bahamas, Hilton Hotels Worldwide Headquarters, Hyundai, and 20th Century Fox.

Jen holds a Masters of Engineering degree in Engineering-Management from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from General Motors Institute.  With her husband and two dogs, she sails the rocky coastline of her home in Southern Maine.

Gloria Zemer

Gloria J. Zemer is a visionary executive with twenty years of corporate and entrepreneurial success resolving critical problems; systematically aligning processes and organizational capabilities with business programmatics to solidify organizational identity, minimize pushback, catalyze innovation for realized bottom-line results around the world.  Gloria earned an International MBA from Beijing Institute of Technology in Beijing, China, a Masters Degree in Professional Leadership from Saint Bonaventure University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Buffalo.  Gloria has earned numerous certificates from the Harvard Business School Executive Education program.

A skilled change agent, Gloria has successfully applied process improvements within a variety of international and cultural settings in the Automotive, Chemical, Petroleum, and Hospitality Industries.  Most recently she has developed sustainable system performance initiatives and practices for BOCOG (the Beijing Organizing Committee of Games) integrating world class process improvements into existing frameworks for optimal delivery at the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing, China.


Scott H. Kovel enhances business efficiency and performance by developing innovative process improvements, building strategic enhancements and advancing performance metrics.  Working closely with information systems and executive personnel, he restructures financial reporting and general ledger systems to provide management with clear and consistent reporting tools for monitoring metrics, budgets and strategic alignment.  Under his direction, Scott's projects have resulted in triple-digit improvements in health care annual reimbursement recoveries, and triple traditional returns on investment.  Prior to forming his company, CRC Solutions Group, Scott held executive positions with HealthNow, the parent company of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Western New York and Blue Shield of Northeastern New York, and Associated Healthcare Systems.  Scott continues as a member of the Associated Healthcare Board of Directors.

Scott's background includes twenty years of healthcare and financial management experience.  Scott graduated with an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  He began his accounting career as a tax specialist and auditor for Price Waterhouse.  Scott is a former member of the Board of Governors for the National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association (NHCAA).  Away from work, Scott enjoys his family, golf and training for triathlons if time allows.


Libby McCready

Libby McCready is a corporate change, communication and organizational learning specialist, supporting a model for values-based leadership.  After spending nineteen years in corporate life gaining experience and knowledge in what makes an organization succeed operationally she turned her attention to what makes organizations succeed through the development of its people.  Since obtaining her credentials as a Certified Business Coach in 2000 Libby has become a Master Facilitator of coach training programs and has coached and trained hundreds of managers, executives and consultants to lead through the lens of values, vision and the development of people.  Through delivery of coaching, communication and change leadership programs Libby is helping create a new model of leadership that recognizes human capital as the greatest asset to any organization.  Libby's clients include corporations, executives, managers and consultants across North America in the financial sector, packaged goods, government agency, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and small business.  In 2000, Libby formed her company, Front and Center Communications, and then in 2005 joined AIM Trimark Investments as the Assistant vice President of Change Management & Sales Communication.

Libby holds a Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Learning and Leadership from Royal Roads University in victoria BC, and a certificate in Prosci's Change Management Process.

Lise Stewart

Lisë Stewart is a leader who focuses her work in organizational development, strategic planning, training, and human performance management.  Working with companies ranging from ten to 3,000 employees, Lisė specializes in organizational issues including organizational and work force development, service system design, performance management, human resource systems, training design, delivery and evaluation of services.  Lisė is a dynamic public speaker who engages leaders around topics such as transition planning, 'smart' business and creating learning organizations.  In 2005, Lisė founded the Galliard Group, a consultancy practice with a mission to strengthen communities by building better family businesses.  Prior, Lisė held several leadership positions in state-wide organizations such as TechHelp Idaho, and ran the company she started, The Training Company Limited, a nationally award winning company that now operates throughout the South Pacific.

Lisė holds a BA in Organizational Psychology from Massey University in New Zealand and is currently completing a Masters Degree in Management Systems.  When she is not working with clients, Lisė enjoys exploring the wilds of Idaho by rafting down the beautiful white water rivers, hiking in the wilderness areas and camping under the stars.

Michael Stone

Michael Stone assists clients in making strategic decisions by conducting detailed research and analysis on markets and competitors, and by modeling costs and profitability.  For nearly twenty years, Mike's consulting experience has included Fortune 1000 manufacturing companies, and government and non-profit organizations that serve manufacturing markets.  His engagements have focused on market research and analysis, competitor assessments, and strategic cost and profitability analysis.  His assignments have required an understanding of global markets and competitors throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.  In 1995, Mike formed Stone & Associates, Inc., a strategic management consulting firm focused on industrial and business-to-business markets.  Prior to Stone & Associates, Mike was a Managing Consultant at Telesis, the strategic consulting arm of Towers Perrin.

Mike holds a degree in Developmental Studies from Brown University, and recently applied his business skills as a volunteer with The William Jefferson Clinton Foundation where he was instrumental in forging a landmark procurement agreement with leading generic pharmaceutical companies that reduced the price of key HIV/AIDS drugs for millions of people in Africa and the Caribbean.


Susie Zimmerman

Susie Zimmermann provides strategic consulting on branding, product launches, messaging, positioning, employee communications, and comprehensive marketing programs for companies across the United States.  She also manages hands-on tactical projects including direct marketing, media relations, collateral production, website development and enhancement, corporate events, copywriting, and trade shows.  With more than twenty years of experience in marketing and communications for corporations, non-profit organizations, and government agencies, Susie launched her freelance consulting business, Channel Z marketing.  Prior, she managed marketing and communications programs for the NIST Manufacturing Extension Partnership, AmeriCorps, and the Peace Corps, as well as for organizations specializing in commercial real estate, urban revitalization, and health insurance.

Susie holds a bachelor's in English from the University of Virginia and has gained the rest of her professional education from on-the-job training.  Residing in Bethesda, Maryland in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., she attempts to keep up with her two sons, and enjoys traveling, gardening, tennis, novels and movie-going.
